Rob and Scott took the time to explain the insurance process and even walked me through my claim. They really are in your corner! They reached out often to keep me updated and made sure everything went smoothly. All hail damage work was done as promised and appears to be good quality work.  Wegner was general contractor for all projects and  took care of making sure the work was done and in an acceptable amount of time.  The sales team of Cody Johnson and Trevor Herman did an excellent job of staying on top of the project and making sure it was done correctly. I truly don’t even know where I would be without Geo Kinder and Tyler Peterson from Wegner Roofing & Solar. After last year’s hail storm came through, my home was completely devastated. My roof was leaking, black mold started growing in the walls, and to make things worse, my insurance initially wasn’t going to cover any of it. I didn’t have the finances to fix it on my own and honestly felt stuck with no way out. That’s when Geo and Tyler stepped in. They took over my claim and went above and beyond — even bringing in a public adjuster to help fight for me. They all worked together, stayed persistent, and eventually got my insurance to recognize the damage and take action. Because of them, I now have my windows being replaced, an upgraded roof being installed, and all of the mold removed with new drywall going in. The relief I feel is something I can’t even fully put into words. When I couldn’t see a way forward, they showed up and guided me through everything. Thankfully, Geo Kinder and Tyler Peterson with Wegner Roofing & Solar showed up at my door when I needed it most. From the very beginning, they walked me through the entire insurance process with patience and ease. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, making what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. Since it was winter, the insurance company had my roof tarped until weather allowed for installation—but the wind kept ripping the tarps off. I had to call Geo and Tyler multiple times to come back out and secure everything to prevent water damage, and they showed up every single time without hesitation. They stayed in constant communication with both me and the insurance company, making the entire process seamless. As soon as the weather cleared enough to replace the roof, they got it done right away. The crew was clean, professional, and incredibly efficient—everything was completed in just one day. I was never left wondering what was going on. Geo and Tyler kept me informed every step of the way, and the end result exceeded my expectations.
